IDEA Stages offers customized workshops for performing organizations, theater makers, and anyone seeking to create racial and social justice action. Past collaborators include Colorado Business Committee for the Arts and Rocky Mountain Artist Safety Alliance.

In addition to offering customized workshops, IDEAs is currently working in collaboration with the Colorado Theatre Guild on a three-part workshop series:

In Part 1 of the series, (already presented online in April of 2021), we explored "Definitions and Discoveries," to help foster mutual understanding in the pursuit of social justice in the Colorado theatre community. Videos of presentations by panelists, and a Q & A with panelists are available. A Social and Racial Justice Resource List can be found here. In Part 2 (June 21, 2021) we'll explore "Community in Action," as we seek to create social justice action as a theatre community. Registration is through the Colorado Theatre Guild.

Part 3 (September, 2021) explores "Healing and Recovery," and how Drama Therapy can be used to promote emotional and psychological healing for individuals and for the theatre community. Registration is through the Colorado Theatre Guild.
