Designation Process
We serve our membership of individuals, companies and communities by granting IDEAs designations to organizations which fulfill guiding principles called Pillars of Inclusion, within their policy and infrastructure. Designation can be utilized on a theater company's website, marketing campaigns, emails and show programs highlighting their commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility.
What is Designation?
Theater companies receive an IDEAs designation when they articulate a transparent plan for integrating the Pillars of Inclusion into their operations and practice and maintaining open accountability with their artists, employees and community.
